Meet the Founder:

Manoj Sharma (Aka Sharman)

Manoj Sharma, widely known to his students and friends as Sharman, is a powerhouse guitar coach, live performer, and content creator who proved that it’s never too late to follow your true calling.

While Manoj initially walked a traditional path, earning his engineering degree and starting a corporate career, his heart was always in tune with the strings of a guitar. Balancing his technical job with an unyielding passion for music, he spent years refining his craft on the big stage. After shattering expectations and performing in over 1,000 live shows, Manoj decided to take a leap of faith. He left his corporate engineering job behind to dedicate himself entirely to music and mentorship.

Today, he splits his time between inspiring young minds as a music teacher in schools and coaching global students through his online music academy. Known for his engaging online content and practical, performance-driven teaching style, Manoj doesn't just teach chords—he builds future performers.

When he isn’t shaping the next generation of musicians, you can find him creating fresh content for his digital community or brainstorming his next musical venture.

Why I Founded Sharman Music Academy?
